100 Years of Color Lectureship
Nikolaos Chantziantoniou
Monday, November 12, 2018
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm

The ASC Foundation is sponsoring an anniversary campaign acknowledging the milestone of 100 Years of Color to celebrate the development of the Papanicolaou stain. Dr. Papanicolaou’s early papers were first published 100 years ago in 1917 and led to the birth of cytopathology. Mr. Nikolaos Chantziantoniou, a graduate student in Preventative Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, brought the centennial anniversary to our attention. His PhD research focuses on the Inception and Development of the Pap test. We have set a campaign goal of $75,000 to support the work of the ASC and its missions of education, research, and advocacy.
